Job Title

As a Senior Nursing Agency Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient service delivery and workforce management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic leadership across all aspects of the nursing agency
  • Managing and optimizing staffing, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
  • Driving business growth through client engagement, service expansion, and operational efficiencies

You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced leader who has a Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and minimum 8-10 years of experience in the healthcare or nursing agency industry. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Australian healthcare sector, proven ability to manage operations, workforce planning, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be able to drive business growth through effective financial management, budgeting, and business development strategies. They will also be responsible for monitoring and improving clinical outcomes, staff engagement, and customer satisfaction.
