Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the field.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical assistance and support to clients in the field
  • Conducting on-site inspections and testing of equipment
  • Maintenance and service repairs on products
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights
