Customer Service Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers, processing sales, picking and packing online orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Recommendations: Assist customers with product recommendations by providing information on products, features, and benefits.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the POS system and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Pick and Pack Online Orders: Pick and pack online orders in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Store Maintenance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
