Customer Support Administrator

Opal HealthCare is a leading residential aged care provider in Australia, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care and support.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join our team at our Kew VIC location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customer service team, including rostering, client services, and reception duties.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team.
About the Job Opportunity:
- Part-time position working weekends 0900-1300
- Reception and administration duties where required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with rostering for all team members
- Support client services, tours, and general enquiries
