Customer Support Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our sales, resident admissions, and administration function at Opal HealthCare.

This is a rewarding role that offers a full-time Monday to Friday schedule, supporting three of our care communities located in Kew and Camberwell.

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, conducting site tours, and implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services.

You will also be responsible for monitoring service standards and customer feedback, and ensuring that our care communities meet the highest standards of quality and care.
