  • The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.">
  • They will also be responsible for managing client engagement, stakeholder communication, and fostering collaboration across internal project teams and delivery partners.">
  • In addition, they will need to evaluate and mitigate risks, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways.">
  • And finally, they will play a leading role in developing growth of nuclear sovereign skills in Australia, working closely with other members of our Global nuclear practice.">

Requirements

">
  • ">
  • 15+ years of experience leading Defence and Nuclear project delivery in building services, civil or maritime.">
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines.">
  • Experience in civil or naval nuclear programs, radiopharmaceuticals, oil and gas or Rail (applicants from other high-hazard industries considered).">
  • Chartered Engineer or Project Manager (preferred but not essential).">
  • Ability to demonstrate successful delivery of major infrastructure programmes throughout the whole project lifecycle.">
  • Current AU security clearance (or eligibility to obtain).">
  • Understanding of nuclear safety cases and/or heavily regulated industry.">
