About the Project Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage the delivery of a major infrastructure project.

This is a critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to Defence-grade quality and compliance standards.

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and risk management of a complex infrastructure program, managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and contractors, and coordinating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects in the Defence sector.
    • Manage the project lifecycle from initiation through to commissioning and handover.
      • Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and reliability.
        • Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and risk frameworks in alignment with Defence and company standards.
          • Liaise with Defence clients, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure requirements are met.
            • Drive progress reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication at senior levels.
              • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across the project team.
