We are seeking an experienced Key Infrastructure Project Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex capital infrastructure projects.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing full project lifecycles, from initiation to implementation. They will be responsible for developing project scopes, estimates, and budgets, as well as managing design and engineering engagements, and resource allocations to ensure positive outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with operational and other internal teams to manage risks, ensure compliance, and deliver project outcomes effectively. This includes setting realistic goals for projects in delivery to achieve cost-effective, safe, and efficient results.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring commissioning and completions provide relevant asset information for maintenance and optimisation, as well as contributing to continuous improvement of methodologies and ways of working.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Bachelor of Engineering, Project Management or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience
  • Proven experience in project management, delivering low to medium-risk projects on time, within budget, and on schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project outcomes and achieve objectives and milestones
  • Proficiency in using project management systems and software, adhering to PMBOK principles and Australian Standards (e.g., AS4902, AS2124)
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to develop creative and practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
