Talent Mode's Top-Tier consultancy client is expanding its high-performing Workday consulting team and seeking a seasoned Functional Lead with expertise in Absence and Time Tracking.

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, collaborating with solution architects and clients to design streamlined processes and deliver clean configurations. You'll run client workshops, prototype solutions, and guide teams through the full deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements


• Design and optimise business processes using Workday best practices


• Configure and implement Workday Absence/Time Tracking solutions


• Provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle


• Deliver clean, streamlined configurations aligned with industry standards

Preferred Background and Experience:


• Proven expertise in Workday Absence/Time Tracking


• 2–3 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations


• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills


• Workday HCM Core certification (preferred)


• Consulting experience with external clients or internal teams
