Your Role

As our Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up projects in SAP and ensuring compliance with MLA's policies and procedures. This includes accurately recording information in SAP, facilitating internal approvals and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will also ensure the recording and retrieval of all contracts and associated information are accurately recorded and easily accessible within MLA's systems.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with SAP and other project management tools.
