The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Residential Aged Care will:
Ensure safe, consumer-directed care that meets all accreditation and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement for resident outcomes and experiences
Lead, mentor and support managers to build a positive culture, accountability and high performance
Improve morale, attraction, retention and development of staff across all homes
Drive the financial performance of the residential division ensuring targets and consistency are met across all aged care facilities
About you
This role requires a highly experienced leader with exceptional commercial and clinical insight who brings:
Proven experience overseeing residential aged care operations across a large number of sites
Strong knowledge of Australian aged care standards, accreditation and compliance requirements
A commitment to delivering safe, consumer-directed care and consistently high-quality outcomes
The ability to lead, mentor and hold managers accountable while fostering a positive workplace culture
Financial acumen with a record of achieving operational and budgetary targets
A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable growth
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
