Key Leadership Role: Clinical Operations Manager

At Forest Lake Lodge, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in clinical management within the aged care sector and a comprehensive understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements related to aged care.

**About the Role:**

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical evaluations and care planning, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations, and implementing evidence-based practices. This role involves leading a dedicated team of professionals and managing performance against key indicators, while also ensuring the effective use of clinical systems to support quality care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the implementation of clinical governance, monitoring performance and making improvements as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Nursing Degree with unrestricted registration.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Extensive experience in clinical management within the aged care sector.
