Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned communications expert to drive proactive communications programs that showcase our growing impact in Australia.

This is a 12-14 month Fixed Term Contract, based in Sydney.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with PR agencies and manage external communications vendors
  • Collaborate with social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
  • Work with partners across the business and global comms teams to source communications and original content focused on employee experiences and culture
  • Deliver strategic communications counsel to internal leaders on short and long-term challenges and opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross functionally
  • Proven experience working to develop internal communications strategies
