Job Role

As a member of our brand marketing team, you will be responsible for managing relationships across every business unit and communicating knowledgeably about clients, cultural backdrop, offerings and specialists.

We value creativity grounded in insight, big ideas that are game-changing, flawless execution and having fun every day. We design and deliver culturally relevant and creative campaigns that can be activated across various channels.

This role is within our Consumer PR and Influence business. Our team of 40 culturally curious, creatively driven and impact-obsessed experts work across Sydney and Melbourne.

Ours is an agency that designs and delivers innovative campaigns to drive growth and engagement with audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage talent databases and identify emerging and upcoming influencers.
  • Capture performance data and content highlights for client reports.
  • Lead community engagement efforts with creative and tailored approaches to fan engagement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of tone of voice and brand positioning for individual brands.
  • Bring brand tone and personality to life in social channels with a proactive and conversational approach.
  • Identify community trends and reactive opportunities to drive deeper fan participation.
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing of content to brand pages.
  • Coordinate with teams for content distribution.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.

Our team includes specialists with expertise in consumer PR, corporate and business relations, social and digital strategy, and sustainability communication.
