Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled EH&S Coordinator to lead our safety culture and drive business success.

This key role will be responsible for managing EH&S KPIs, driving EH&S policies, working closely with site teams, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of EH&S policies, legislation, and compliance requirements, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Australian working rights, NSW Driver's license, and Workcover Whitecard are essential. Competency in Microsoft suite products is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report on EH&S Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement EH&S policies aligned with business growth
  • Collaborate with site teams to complete daily tasks and projects
  • Provide EH&S support to site teams
  • Manage the EH&S operating platform
  • Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience as an EH&S Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in developing a safety culture
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of EH&S policies, legislation, and compliance requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills / interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Australian working rights
  • NSW Driver's license
  • Workcover Whitecard
  • Competent and confident use of Microsoft suite of products
