Civil Construction Design Trainer and Assessor Job Opportunity
\Our organisation is seeking a skilled civil construction design trainer to deliver high-quality training to our learners.
\- Support students with their transition to study in Australia.
- Design and deliver engaging and relevant training sessions.
- Conduct assessments of learner competence.
- Participate in validation and moderation activities as required.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of RTO resources.
- Ensure maintenance of VET and industry currency at all times.
- Work ethically and professionally at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in the ESOS framework.
Mandatory Requirements:
\- Hold a qualification at Diploma level or higher in Civil Construction Design.
- Recent experience (within the last 3 years) in training in the field of civil construction design.
- Hold a TAE40116 or higher qualification.
- Provide evidence of recent professional development activities related to VET and industry.
- Hold Australian work rights.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
\- Experience working with international students.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
