Job Description

The University of New England is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Training and Resource Coordinator. This full-time role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality training and resources to support the professional development of staff across the Armidale campus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of sales and engagement strategy with prospective students, contributing to UNE's student recruitment targets. They will work closely with the Future Students, Engagement and Technology department, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality training and resources to support staff development.
  • Develop and implement sales and engagement strategies to achieve UNE's student recruitment targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the Future Students, Engagement and Technology department to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform future strategic decisions.
