Regional Growth Specialist

The Regional Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and ensuring customer success within their designated territory. Their responsibilities will include executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with customers, and meeting ambitious growth targets.

The successful candidate will prioritize daily efforts to optimize growth performance and drive value for customers. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and regional sales, to share field insights and ensure technology meets farmers' needs.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, focusing on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction. The specialist's contributions will directly support the mission to make 50% of the world's habitable land more productive and sustainable.

Key Requirements:
  • Sales & Customer Success Expertise: Experience in value-based sales, opportunity creation, deal closing, and building lasting relationships.
  • Beef Industry Knowledge: Understanding of beef operations, challenges, and industry nuances.
  • Attitude: Motivated, team-oriented, resilient under pressure, and energetic. Passionate about making a difference.
  • Territory Management: Ability to manage a large territory with a focus on sales and customer success, making strategic trade-offs.
  • Problem Solving & Collaboration: Resourceful, quick-thinking, and effective in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Travel Readiness: Ready to travel frequently within their territory.

  • Prospecting & Expansion: Lead generation through outreach, referrals, events, and responding to inbound inquiries.
  • Hitting Sales Targets: Qualify leads, demonstrate products, negotiate, and close deals.
