Veterinary Nurse Traineeship Opportunity in South Australia

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Veterinary Nurse Trainees. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and develop your skills in patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Work a 7-day rolling roster with an average of 35 hours per week, including early morning shifts, afternoon/evening shifts, and weekends.
- Be prepared to work overtime and flexible to cover rosters across our group's three sites.
- Use your own transport and have a driving license with a less than 30-45 minute commute from south of the CBD.
- Commit to studying Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing over a 3-year traineeship and remain employed with the Southern Vet Group to enhance nursing and leadership skills.
- Time manage your study alongside on-the-job training and be able to handle emergency and unpredictable situations confidently.
You will enjoy cleaning and maintaining high hospital standards, providing excellent care to patients as if they were your own pets. We encourage continued learning and feedback to ensure you grow as a Veterinary Nurse through training roles in customer service, animal care, surgery, and medical nursing.
