About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parent Career Pathways Manager to lead our dynamic team in Adelaide South. As a key member of our organisation, you'll be responsible for overseeing site performance, ensuring we deliver exceptional results and meet contractual standards.

Your primary focus will be on providing direct line management and oversight for a team of Mentors, collaborating with regional teams to craft and refine local business plans, and taking charge of operational delivery and team management within the region.

You'll maintain a deep understanding of local caseloads, key employers, services, schools, training providers, and other relevant partner organisations. Your ability to foster effective communication, staff retention, development, feedback, and recognition is crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct line management and oversight for a team of Mentors, ensuring all KPIs and contractual obligations are achieved
  • Collaborate with regional teams and the Regional/National Manager to craft, refine, and enhance a local business plan tailored to program objectives
  • Take charge of operational delivery and team management within the Parent Pathways region, ensuring we deliver exceptional results
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant fields are required
  • Experience leading or delivering an employment or other relevant support service, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment, and provision of post-placement support and verification
  • Relevant lived experience is highly valued, bringing empathy, understanding, and empowerment to those we serve
  • Demonstrated awareness of current employment, education, social, and support challenges faced by parents with young children
  • Demonstrated success in a high-performing workplace with a strong commitment to quality values-based human services
