Office and Administrative Manager

Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Office and Administrative Manager to join our team at Aus Kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of our showroom office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including maintaining filing systems, handling enquiries, and entering data into XERO.
- Undertake word processing, electronic communication, and telephone communication tasks as required by the charity team.
- Assist in quotes and invoicing, basic marketing activities, and reporting.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, coordinate suppliers and deliveries, and create and update records and databases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
