Economics Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced economics advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in economic analysis, cost-benefit analysis, regulatory advice, and policy evaluation.

The role will involve leading the delivery of small to medium-sized economic advisory projects from inception to completion, ensuring outcomes are on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver exceptional results across multiple sectors and industries.
  • Conduct economic and financial analysis, modelling, and strategy development.
  • Deliver advisory services, including cost-benefit analysis, regulatory economic advice, and policy evaluation.
  • Develop meaningful and innovative ideas, solutions, and strategies for clients.
  • Support Ricardo's project teams to deliver exceptional results across multiple sectors and industries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in economic advisory, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Well-developed customer service capabilities with the ability to develop and nurture stakeholder relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
