Business Coordination Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business & Production Coordinator. This role is responsible for the daily coordination of administrative, financial and production tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, tracking expenses, processing invoices and handling expense submissions. They will also coordinate production logistics, including technical bookings, call sheets and staff rostering.

This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a production or facilities role within a broadcast environment. Experience with finance and rights management systems Oracle and IBMS is highly desirable.

  • Manage budgets and track expenses.
  • Coordinate production logistics.
  • Support the Head of Commercial & Operations with license agreements and contractor agreements.
  • Contribute to forward planning, scheduling and budgeting.
