The key to our success is finding the right candidate for this role. As a Presentation Coordinator, you will be working with cutting-edge television transmission automation technology to ensure seamless broadcast to audiences across Australia.

This position involves liaising with broadcast clients to guarantee that schedules and playlists are accurate, content is suitable, and transmission runs smoothly. You will work as part of a collaborative team environment, participating in a 24/7 rotating shift roster.

Key responsibilities include operating playout automation systems, such as Imagine Communications' D-Series, incorporating VIZ graphic elements, preparing, checking, and running multiple transmission playlists, accurately executing daily presentation schedules, and liaising with live studios.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need experience with playout automation systems, understanding of the Code of Practices for Television Broadcasters and Closed Captioning legislation, ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a positive and professional communication style, participate in and support a team environment, communicate clearly, consistently, and timely, share information positively, and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate playout automation systems, such as Imagine Communications' D-Series, incorporating VIZ graphic elements.
  • Prepare, check, and run multiple transmission playlists.
  • Accurately execute daily presentation schedules.
  • Liaise with live studios (news, sport, and entertainment).
  • Work as part of a 24/7 rotating shift roster.

Requirements

  • Experience with playout automation systems, such as Imagine D-Series Device Automation and VIZ graphics.
