Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Design: Develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions (APEX, Lightning)
  • Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Contribute hands-on to codebases, collaborate across teams to align technical efforts with business outcomes
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot integrations
  • Technical Evaluation: Evaluate new Salesforce releases and ensure code modularity and maintainability
Staff Engineer Additional Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Set technical direction and standards across teams
  • Large-Scale Product Development: Lead large-scale product development from inception to delivery
  • Mentorship: Mentor and sponsor engineers to elevate team capability
  • Technical Influence: Influence technical outcomes across portfolios

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering Salesforce products, experience in complex domains, and a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design principles.
