Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce solution architect to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using out-of-the-box Salesforce features.
  • Design capability maps, business process flows, user journeys, and wireframes that meet client requirements.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements and user stories with subject matter experts.
  • Configure Salesforce functionality aligned with best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and deliver demos, prototypes, and functional workshops to showcase solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance processes.
  • Support change teams to drive adoption and enablement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in Salesforce platform implementation and configuration.
  • Strong communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience designing customer journeys and business process flows.
  • Passion for user-centric design and business transformation.
  • Consulting background preferred.
  • Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous.
