**Job Overview:**

A highly motivated and experienced pharmacist is required to lead our medical team as the head pharmacist in a rapidly growing medicinal cannabis platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Dispensing and preparing orders using your own pharmacy portal tied to our system.
  • Collaborating with a medical team of nurses, doctors, and other pharmacists to address any queries needing assistance.
  • Daily record keeping and weekly stocktaking for inventory management.
  • Maintaining accurate pharmacy records as needed and dispensing medications according to physician prescriptions.
  • Monitoring customers' drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of potential side effects.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment adhering to pharmaceutical practices.
  • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from inventory.
  • Complying with applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • AHPRA Registration as a licensed pharmacist.
  • Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or pharmacology.
  • Proven experience as a pharmacist with a valid license to practice.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
