Senior Data Analyst Role

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our data-driven approach to business decision-making. In this highly collaborative position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement end-to-end data workflows that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational and data workflows.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions using a data-first mindset, delivering high-quality results and insights.
  • Design and implement efficient ETL processes for large datasets, ensuring seamless integration with Power BI and other business applications.
  • Create intuitive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards that deliver meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide technical expertise to the technology team, focusing on data workflows and integration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end data migration, including data extraction, transformation, and delivery to target environments.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles and stakeholder engagement, with a demonstrated ability to work on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a proven track record in data analysis, credit analysis, and business analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAS and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, functions, and data visualization.
