We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior People Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their analytics requirements and providing solutions through data analysis and dashboard development.

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models using Power BI and DAX queries.
  • Ensure large and complex data sets are accessible, understandable, and usable through effective data visualisation techniques.
  • Maintain regular reports and processes, including ETL practices for Data Lake.
  • Build and maintain high-quality dashboards using enterprise-standard tools and modern visualisation standards.
  • Provide actionable insights on people data to support informed decision-making.
  • Engage with people stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide expert interpretation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree in analytics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Power BI, DAX queries, and ETL practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics.
  • Knowledge of data management strategies and excellent data interpretation skills.
  • The ability to develop clear and concise data visualisations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
