Job Summary

Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. They provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.">
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.">
  • Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.">
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.">
Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of job-related experience.">
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.">
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.">
  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information.">
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.">
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.">
