Building Automation System Specialist

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the service and maintenance of complex building automation systems.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Building Performance and Energy Efficiency Solutions and building mechanical services, along with skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration.
A strong focus on work-life balance and flexibility is offered, along with attractive remuneration and a car. The position requires timely fault analysis and rectification of technical issues, as well as system diagnostics of BMS controls and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations for breakdowns and contract servicing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Quoting and small project management.
- System diagnostics of BMS controls and HVAC systems.
- Timely fault analysis and rectification of technical issues.
- Service and maintain installed equipment on existing sites.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in building controls post-apprenticeship.
- Commercial HVAC operational experience.
- Excellent communications skills and customer service.
- Possession of an electrical license or restricted electrical license is preferred.
- Fully qualified driver's license required.
