Financial Leadership Role

This is a key position within the finance department, responsible for driving budgeting and forecasting processes across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning and analysis for all departments, including annual budgets, forecasts, and ongoing reviews.
  • Support business case development and cost variance analysis.
  • Manage and consolidate financial reporting processes.
  • Assist with financial transactions, such as purchase orders and month-end accounting.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements.
  • Drive process improvements, identifying and embedding efficiency gains.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 4 years' demonstrated experience in similar finance position.
  • Experience in developing financial templates and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in SAP would be highly valued.
