Senior Leadership Role in Remedial Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our remedial projects, delivering results through effective project management, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder relationships.

About the Job:
  • Lead remedial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement remedial construction methodologies, optimizing efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, maintaining open communication and resolving issues proactively.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and contract management, ensuring financial targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager in remedial, civil, or structural engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of remedial construction techniques, including facade refurbishments, concrete repair, bridge strengthening, and steel remediation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects in high-risk environments.
  • Expertise in budget management, contracts administration, and project scheduling.
  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
