">Senior Remedial Projects Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced Sr. Project Manager - Remedial Projects to join our Sydney office in a full-time capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, contracts management, programming/planning experience, and the ability to run meetings with consultants and subcontractors to provide exceptional service quality.

  • Manage project delivery from inception through completion.
  • Ensure construction programmes are followed, and deliver on project quality to programme.
  • Identify and manage construction risk across all projects, escalating issues when required.
  • Oversee project expenditure and cash flow.
  • Lead external engineering design aspects of projects.
  • Develop and implement design strategies.
  • Supervise site-based subcontractors.
  • Maintain HSEQ requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare regular progress reports.
  • Deliver client expectations effectively.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-15 years' experience in delivering complex projects from start to finish.
  • Proven leadership skills in building high-performing teams.
  • Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory standards.
  • Strong planning and financial reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Active Construction Safety Induction (White) card.
