We are seeking Front of House staff to join our team in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a boutique rhythm riding studio, providing a mind-body cardio experience based on music, movement, motivation, and meditation.
The Front of House team plays a crucial role in ensuring all guests feel welcome, comfortable, and safe during their experience. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them in, providing introductory briefings, managing the retail area, and assisting with studio upkeep.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Efficient time management skills
- Proactive work ethic
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
- Basic computer skills and online booking system experience (preferred)
- 2 months prior receptionist/front of house experience and experience in fitness or wellness (preferred)
