OCTEC is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team in the Illawarra South Coast region. As a Youth Employment Consultant, you will be working closely with local stakeholders to build relationships and deliver quality employment services and workplace support to both young people and employers.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate and support young people in achieving their employment goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of employers and job seekers.
  • Utilise OCTEC's industry-leading tools and resources to achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in Employment Services, sales or recruitment.
