Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of apprentices with high levels of support and guidance
  • Liaise with stakeholders and advocate for apprentices' interests
  • Contribute to the overall retention rate of apprentices and improve outcomes

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field (social sciences, behavioral sciences, youth work, community development)
  • Leadership and communication skills, particularly when working with young people
  • Emotional intelligence, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and computer literacy
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team, self-motivated with a positive attitude

Requirements:
