About This Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for driving the strategic management and execution of training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities.
  • Develop strategic plans and lead capability development, covering people, processes, and tools.
  • Drive competency development for training specialists and provide recommendations on tools and technologies.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery.
  • At least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment, preferably with expertise in military training.
  • Proven experience in designing training curricula and developing training media.
