We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead our Perth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Manage customer expectations and promote retention through effective communication
  • Select, train, and develop field staff to optimize performance
  • Enhance work productivity to achieve business growth and success
  • Monitor technician performance daily and align with weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Optimize labour efficiency within designated areas
  • Identify performance shortfalls and address concerns through proactive problem-solving
  • Pursue new business opportunities and conduct service presentations to showcase expertise
Requirements & Experience

You will be a passionate problem solver with a strong drive for results and superior customer focus. We seek a confident leader who can inspire and motivate a team. You should have experience in achieving results in competitive environments, particularly in Materials Handling or similar industries. Your skills include negotiation, organisation, excellent communication, and motivation.
