Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate team on a broad range of Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, advising both local and international clients. You will have the opportunity to work with Partners on diverse corporate matters and be part of a team ranked #1 for global Mergers and Acquisitions by deal count for 15 years.

As a central member of this offering, you will help work with clients by drawing on our global expertise and building a trusted advisor relationship around it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Corporate team on Mergers and Acquisitions transactions for local and international clients.
  • Support the team in delivering successful deal outcomes across all stages of transactions.
  • Collaborate with Partners and other legal teams to provide integrated legal services.
Qualifications
  • Candidate should be a qualified Solicitor with ideally 3-4 years' experience in corporate law.
  • Ability to work in Brisbane and engage with local and international clients.
  • Strong communication, commercial awareness, and client-relations skills.
