Key Roles

A key opportunity exists for a Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel to join the business on a part-time basis (three days per week). This role offers the chance to operate at a high level in a high-performing private equity firm with flexibility and work-life balance.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Support fund and deal execution
  • Manage compliance under regulatory requirements
  • Draft and review investment agreements, NDAs, fund documentation and other commercial agreements
  • Compliance committee involvement and portfolio company support
  • Oversight of policy updates and external-facing documentation
  • Provide internal legal education
  • General in-house legal duties

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Four years' post-admission experience
  • General corporate or commercial law experience
  • A sound understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and sound commercial judgment

Experience in funds management or wholesale fund structures is highly regarded but not essential. Private practice lawyers and current in-house lawyers are equally encouraged to apply.
