Skillful Estimator and Quantity Surveyor Required
We seek a skilled professional to take on the role of Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor/Estimator. This is an opportunity for you to lead the end-to-end estimating process, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:- Direct production of Quantity Surveying/Estimating deliverables.
- Apply industry experience autonomously with limited guidance.
- Manage project execution plans, verifying procedures.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive planning.
- Forecast costs, timelines, quality parameters, and constructability factors.
- Participate in value management and risk workshops as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, develop, deliver, and operate multidisciplinary projects.
- Australian Citizenship preferred.
- Tertiary Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying or First-Principles Estimating.
- Possess passion for delivering estimating excellence.
