Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Estimation Professional to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships through timely follow-ups, personalized solutions, and ongoing communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across the client network, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Liaise with project managers to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Update and maintain the customer relations management system, utilizing data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, leveraging expertise in sales and estimation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales growth, demonstrating ability to meet targets and exceed expectations.
  • Background in landscaping, civil construction, or horticulture is highly desirable, providing valuable industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.
