Chief Construction Estimator
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Chief Construction Estimator to lead our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk analysis, financial reporting, and building plans interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the preparation of detailed estimates and reports for construction projects.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for risk management and cost control.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Manager in Australia.
- Proven expertise in estimating software such as BuildSoft & Cost X.

Qualifications and Experience:Candidates must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
