
Organizational Development Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized People & Culture Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for various HR-related matters, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our people across a range of areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee files, confidential information, and documentation;
- Handling sensitive and confidential communication;
- Maintaining accurate records and data in our global HRIS system;
- Supporting payroll processing and responding to queries;
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation and IT ticket submissions;
- Assisting with expense management and processing invoices.
This role requires someone who is highly proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. If you have 1-2 years of corporate experience, preferably in the People & Culture sphere, we want to hear from you
Your Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Management or a relevant field;
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing enterprise systems or general HR principles desirable;
- The ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.
