Talent & Organizational Development Coordinator/Virtual Producer

Job Description:

The Virtual Producer and Talent Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall talent management strategy, organization development, and change management efforts. This includes providing administrative assistance to the Talent Management team, scheduling workshop offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating local course offerings, and delivering live online classroom training.

This individual will also be responsible for hosting virtual training sessions, troubleshooting system issues, and providing administrative support for the enterprise 360 coaching program. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with virtual-classroom platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Talent Management team in achieving business objectives
  • Schedule workshops and coordinate local course offerings
  • Host live online classroom training sessions
  • Provide administrative support for the enterprise 360 coaching program
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1-year related experience or 5 years of overall experience in lieu of degree
  • Prior experience providing technical and instructional support during VILT training sessions
  • Experience working with virtual-classroom platforms
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Able to troubleshoot and use creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
