We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in South West Sydney. The successful candidate will be working across community and residential aged care settings, focusing on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in everyday activities.

The ideal candidate is a fully AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with experience in rehabilitation and comfortable working independently. You will provide support to individuals in various care environments, including home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications.

As a mobile Community OT, you will ideally live in South West Sydney and be comfortable travelling to clients' homes. You must have a patient-centred approach and be passionate about better health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 'Assess client needs and develop personalized plans for occupation-based interventions.'
  • 'Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.'
  • 'Maintain accurate records of client progress and interventions.'
Requirements:
  • 'Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
  • 'Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • 'Experience in community and residential aged care settings.
