As a senior Sonographer, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the performance of our ultrasound team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Sonographers to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective workflow solutions to optimize efficiency
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team
  • Mentor and support less experienced staff members to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Ultrasound equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate team members
  • Possess advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex situations
  • Showcase excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions
  • Hold current ASAR membership and Professional Indemnity Insurance (ASA or ASUM)
