About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sonographer to lead our Ultrasound team. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a group of Sonographers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Sonographers.
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork through effective leadership strategies.
  • Implement performance management processes and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Supervise and support less experienced staff members and trainees.
  • Maintain expertise in the latest innovative imaging techniques within the Ultrasound Modality.
  • Contribute to strategic business plans and deliver results-oriented outcomes.

  • High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hold relevant industry certifications and professional indemnity insurance.
