This role involves supervising maintenance on Defence Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

You will be responsible for daily production matters, maintaining ALSE, and providing supervision and coaching to team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining daily communication with the ALSE Leading Hand for production matters.
  • Ensuring all maintenance complies with Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR).
  • Maintaining and reporting any breaches of Work, Health, Safety & Environmental requirements.
  • Providing supervision, coaching, and support to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.

The ideal candidate will bring experience and qualifications in Aviation Life Support Equipment, excellent communication skills, previous supervision experience within the aviation industry, and a keen attention to detail.
